MAXMIX Studios has a 400 sq ft production area (Control room, Iso
booth and Live Room) along with a break room, bathroom and kitchen
area. There's also a break area on a very large deck that over looks
a heavily wooded backyard with a creek. The idea is to provide a warm and cozy atmosphere with the ability to "spread out" and be creative. There's plenty of room to write and collaborate. Yet, through the use of windowed doors, have a complete visual of everyone and that feeling of intimacy when a group is recording. Here's the floor plan:
